What we collect
When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, company, business email, phone (optional), country, area of interest and a description of your requirement, plus consent to use that information to respond.
How it is used
Enquiry details are used only to respond to your request and to understand the professional context of the enquiry. They are not sold to third parties.
Storage on this build
When email delivery is configured (Web3Forms or Formspree), enquiry details are transmitted to that provider so KICOM can receive them by email. Until an access key or form endpoint is configured in the site environment file, submissions are stored in the browser session only and are cleared when that session ends.
Your choices
